Adam Jones feels bad for Hue Jackson after thrashing Browns”

Bengals rookie Carl Lawson learned an important lesson this week that he'll probably carry with him for the rest of his National Football League career: Always wear a mouthpiece on the field. Cleveland, of course, is coming off one of the ugliest losses in recent franchise history in a 31-7 home loss to previously winless Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Bengals finally got their first win of 2017 - even though it took playing the woeful Cleveland Browns.

"It didn't hurt", Lawson said, according to Owczarski. They have won four times in their past 41 games going back to November 30, 2014. "It is easy to do like you said because everybody wants to win". We got beat soundly in every phase.

Cleveland won its last game over the Bengals on November 6, 2014 by a score of 24-3.

-Browns QB DeShone Kizer vs. Bengals defensive line. But perhaps his play in Week 4 will be enough of a confidence boost to help turn Cincinnati's season around. "Obviously, we fear the worst", Jackson said. "I know you say they're getting a lot of talent, but I don't know".

If the Giants keep this up, though, we could be in for some great Manning faces during these next 12 weeks.

Jackson was an awesome presence in Cincinnati, so I winced when he went north because I knew that would either mean the Browns would become good or he would fail. Like I told our team, the only people that can stop the narrative that is out there right now is us. "We earned the record".

Jackson also addressed Bengals coach Marvin Lewis telling him after the game, "Don't let them quit on you".

In addition to that, Zane Gonzalez missed an easy field goal attempt. The Browns also had quarterback issues and had to go from DeShone Kizer to Kevin Hogan by the end of the game. Kizer covered the ball 14 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Browns punt returner Jabrill Peppers, meanwhile, returned three punts for 4 yards. Adam Jones returned the punt 40 yards to the Browns 35. The Bengals (1-3) blew open the game in the second quarter with touchdowns on three straight possessions.

Three of the touchdown drives by the Bengals were longer than 80 yards.

The Browns are trying to win the Daytona 500, but owner Jimmy Haslam and his front office - otherwise known as the cast of "Revenge of the Nerds" - have flipped head coach Hue Jackson the keys to an AMC Gremlin. Josh McCown is completing 70.1 percent of his passes for 826 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. "Regardless of what the numbers were, I thought yesterday he played as well as he has all year".

The Bengals continued to pull away in the third quarter.

CLEVELAND- The Browns had a golden opportunity to take an early 7-0 lead. It's on us now to be pros and to flush it and do whatever we can to make sure that quarter two goes better than quarter one. "When we come out and do not execute it, that does become frustrating".

The Browns want to be a running team.
