Samsung Galaxy S9 to boast dual camera setup”

South Korean giant is unstoppable!

Apart from the information about the Galaxy S9, Kuo has reportedly said that he expects overall Galaxy Note 8 shipments to range from 12 to 14 million for 2017. We will seek innovation that can be truly embraced by customers.

SUThe newly launched Samsung Galaxy Note 8, will be available for pre-order on Amazon India, apart from Samsung's own online store, from 11 September onwards. The displays for both of the models are nearly the same size with the Samsung model coming in at 5.8 inches and the LG model measuring 5.7 inches. The device is expected to ship on September 15. It runs edge-to-edge as it does on the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. This makes the smartphone company's costliest phone so far. There is no any confirmation about the Fingerprint Scanner on the device and we couldn't see it at the back panel of the phone as well. One of the highlights of the Note 8 design is the "Infinite Display", a first from Samsung that limits the bezel and extends the viewing experience of the users. Rest of the specifications are same. In fact, airlines had to advise the passenger not to carry Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on the flight. There is also a variant that comes loaded with company's in-house Exynos 8895 chipset.

Is the Galaxy Note8 everything you hoped it would be? While dual-camera setups are no longer a new thing, for Samsung this is their first smartphone with such a camera setup. Features of the telephoto camera include auto focus, 1.0µm pixel size, 45-degree filed-of-view, and f/2.4 aperture. The cameras on Galaxy Note 8 offer 2X optical zoom, 10X digital zoom, and dual capture. That's a step down from the Note 7, which is probably smart given last year's battery debacle.

Early birds are set to receive either a 128GB microSD card and wireless charger bundle or a Gear 360 camera in the USA where the Galaxy Note 8 starts at $930 (approx Rs 59580). Samsung did announce 128GB and 256GB models, but these will not be available to purchase in Australia. The device additionally supports a microSD card for expanded storage. Live Message is the 3 major feature of S Pen, which allows you to create an animated handwritten note and send it as a message through any of the messaging apps on your Note 8.
